SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAM:

• Room Upgrade (levels BEMIM EXCLUSIVE and BEMIM ELITE): This benefit will be applied based on availability at the time of check-in on the day of arrival. The SUITE or MESSI SUITE categories are excluded and in the case of MIM Mallorca the JUNIOR SUITE category is excluded.
• Free Hydrotherapy Circuit: Excluded at the Hotel MIM Andorra as it does not have this equipment. A prior reservation is required to enjoy the Hydrotherapy Circuit. Access is limited to those over 16 years old. A cap and flip-flops are required for access.
• Courtesy Minibar (level BEMIM ELITE): Does not include alcoholic beverages or replenishments.
• Discounts on accommodation and spa treatments cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
• None of these advantages and discounts can be exchanged, swapped, or refunded for cash.
• The advantages of BEMIM Members are global, but may undergo minor adaptations and exceptions in their application, depending on the reality of each hotel.

OPERATION OF THE BEMIM MEMBERS PROGRAM:

• This program aims to reward the loyalty of individual customers through added value benefits and proposals that will enhance their experience at MIM Hotels.
• The beneficiaries of BEMIM Members are adult individuals registered with their personal data (hereinafter "the Holder") through the website mimhotels.com.
• Reservations begin to be counted in the BEMIM Members account once the customer has registered in the program (effective from April 16, 2024). Previous reservations will not be counted towards the level calculation.
• Each client participating in the BEMIM Members program will have access to a private area within mimhotels.com where the corresponding reservation movements will be reflected. Reservations made by a Holder cannot be transferred to another client's account.
• The advantages of this program will only apply for reservations made directly on our website mimhotels.com or through our reservation department (T +34 93 492 22 44 · email: [email protected]).
• There are 3 consecutive loyalty levels in this order; BEMIM FAN, BEMIM EXCLUSIVE and BEMIM ELITE. The BEMIM FAN level is accessed by just registering online, and level upgrades are calculated based on the stays enjoyed corresponding to reservations made on mimhotels.com and/or with the reservation department from April 16, 2024.
• The Holder of the reservation and guest during the corresponding stay is the only person who can benefit from the exclusive advantages of the program. In the case of a multiple room reservation, the benefits will apply solely and exclusively to the room in which the Holder is staying.
• If the Holder makes two or more reservations with consecutive dates at the same hotel, only one reservation will be considered at the level of stay counter in the Program.
• The participation of a holder in the BEMIM Members program will be terminated immediately upon breach of these conditions or detection of fraudulent use of the account. Fraudulent use of the account is considered to be making reservations for other non-Holders, for them to benefit from the program conditions, without the Holder staying in these stays.
• MIM Hotels reserves the right to modify or cancel in whole or in part and without prior notice these conditions or any other aspect related to the program.
