The great gastronomic bet of the chef Nandu Jubany. Located on the first floor of the hotel, it offers a wide selection of dishes. The menu features starters with simple preparations such as carpaccios, salads, ceviches and gastronomic sourdough pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven. These are complemented by a selection of the best meats from the Pyrenees with fresh vegetables, pulses or seasonal mushrooms. In addition to a selection of personalised cocktails and a careful selection of wines.
The restaurant offers valet parking at a rate of €10 on demand, to make your experience more enjoyable, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

Breakfast Hincha

The hotel breakfasts will also be served at Hincha and will consist of a different gastronomic proposal, where the center of everything will be the best local products.
Served on the first floor of the hotel, this breakfast designed by the chef Nandu Jubany, is the result of combining the healthy Mediterranean diet and the international touches necessary to adapt to our guests.
Our breakfast is available in a picnic format to take away by reserving it in advance at reception.
