What time can we check-in and check-out?

You can check-in after 3pm and check-out up to 12 midday.

What time will the room be available?

If the room isn’t available when you arrive (by 3 pm), we will try to give you one as soon as possible, or otherwise, you can leave your suitcases in the luggage office and we will inform you when it is available.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport? Does the hotel have its own shuttle service?

From the airport, you can get to the hotel by taxi in about 45/50 minutes. By public bus service from the terminal to the village of S’Illot. We have our own shuttle service on request and with a fee (private car & bus. The latter is shared with other customers; TransUnion).

Does the hotel have a car park?

The hotel doesn’t have a car park, however, there is a lot of free street parking available nearby.

Can I leave luggage at the hotel safely before or after check-in / out?

Yes, you can leave luggage at the luggage office at no extra cost.

What time is breakfast served from/to?

Breakfast is served in our restaurant from 8.00am to 10.30am every day

What time is dinner served from/to?

Dinner is served in our restaurant from 7:30pm to 10:00pm every day.

What time does the Pool Bar open/close?

It opens at 10:30am and closes at 6:30pm

What time does the Sky Bar open/close?

The terrace's opening times will vary depending on the weather. If it's raining, the service will be provided in the Pool Bar, located on the hotel's entrance floor.

What time does the SPA open/close? Can non-guests use it?

It opens at 10am and closes at 9pm. The Spa can be used by non-guests on reservation.

Are towels provided for the beach/pools/spa?

Yes, we provide towels to customers who request them (against a deposit).

Are there rooms for smokers?

No, by law all common areas and rooms in the hotel are smoke-free spaces. Smoking on the terraces of the rooms is allowed.

Do you provide a car, motorcycle, bicycle rental service?

Yes, our concierge service will be delighted to help you with car, motorcycle, bicycle rental.

Does the hotel have rooms adapted for persons of reduced mobility?

Yes, the hotel has adapted rooms free of barriers in both the bedroom and the bathroom.

Are pets allowed?

Only guide dogs are allowed. Other pets must meet certain requirements, so we recommend you contact the hotel beforehand.
