At what time can you check in and out of the Hotel?

Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out until 12:00 p.m.

What time will the room be available?

If the room is not available upon arrival (before 3 pm), we will try to give you one as soon as possible, or if not, you have the option of leaving your luggage in storage and we will notify you when it is available.

Is there an option to store luggage before or after check in / out?

Yes, luggage can be left in storage at no additional cost.

Does the hotel have parking?

Yes, the hotel has its own parking. The price is € 19 per day & car.

What are the breakfast service hours?

Buffet breakfast is served in our LAND restaurant from 07:30 am to 10:30 am every day. (check schedules, there may be changes due to covid)

What is the dinner service hours?

Buffet dinners are served in our LAND restaurant from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm every day. (check schedules, there may be changes due to covid)

What are the FLY BAR opening hours?

The FLY BAR hours are from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm. (check schedules, there may be changes due to covid)

What are the opening times of the BAJO ZERO Rest / Bar?

BAJO ZERO hours are from 17:00 pm to 01:00 am. (check schedules, there may be changes due to covid)

What is the SPA schedule? Do you allow access to non-hosted clients?

Every day from 11:00 am to 21:00 pm. The Spa is also available for clients not staying with a reservation. (check schedules, there may be changes due to covid)

How close is the hotel to the Baqueira - Beret cable car?

The hotel is about 400 meters walk from the cable car (200 meters from the covered shopping arcade & 200 meters from the outside).

Does the hotel have a ski room?

Next to the gondola, we make ski storage available to all our guests for their comfort.

Does the hotel have ski guides to discover the resort?

Our team of guides is at the service of all our guests to show them the station, tracks ...

Can you rent ski equipment at the hotel?

Our concierge team will inform you of where to acquire all the necessary material to enjoy the snow.

Are there rooms where you can smoke?

No, by law all common areas and hotel rooms are smoke-free.

Does the hotel have rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the hotel has adapted and barrier-free rooms both in the bedroom and in the bathrooms.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

They are only accepted in case of being a guide / support dog.
